Two weeks at the height of summer. A residential co-working week, a curated weekend convening at the centre, and a contemplative festival to close — with quieter residency days woven throughout.

People working across AI, governance, philanthropy, systems change, research, education, culture, and inner development, sharing one place long enough for conversations to become collaborations, friendships, and occasionally entirely new directions.

Part residency, part temporary intellectual village.

The arc

The two weeks alternate intentionally between open residency time and denser shared moments.

• 🏡 First week — light-touch, community-organised, with EA Czechia. Work remotely by day, host sessions for each other, cook, walk, read, inhabit the château at a slower pace.
• ☀️ The weekend (31 July – 2 Aug) — the centrepiece: Wayfinding Toward Steadier Ground, a curated convening with ~60 people. Saturday structured, Sunday emergent.
• 🌾 Midweek (3–5 Aug) — open residency days. Quieter pace, good for integration and rest.
• 🌊 Second week — a quieter, contemplative register: The Wellspring, a festival for integral altruism, organised separately by the Integral Altruism stewards.
• 🌙 11–13 August — Wind-down days. The space stays open through Thursday, 13 August, for anyone who wants to land slowly — finish work, rest, integrate the arc before heading home. Same light-touch residency mode.

An open residential week for people thinking seriously about the questions this moment is raising — AI and institutions, complex systems, long-term governance, research and culture, inner development, civilisational resilience, new forms of coordination.

Some stay quietly focused on their own work. Others organise discussions, working groups, salons, collaborative experiments. We're designing for a high-trust environment with unusually interesting surface area between people.

Light structure, plenty of openness. No packed schedules. Enough coherence to anchor things; enough room for the right things to emerge.
